Where can I ask a question that is not answered here?

You can contact us by email on our Contact Us page, or you can call Customer Service, at (501) 941-8694.  Either way, we will get back to you by the next business day, and usually sooner. 

What can I expect, once I place my order?

You will first receive an email confirming your purchase.  We will email you again when your order has shipped.  If you have not received these emails in a timely manner, please email us at info@beyoungbikeracksplus.com, with the words "Order Status?" in the subject line.  Please be sure to give us your name and order number, so we can trace it for you.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.  In some cases, where we must ship from another warehouse, your order may take up to 72 hours to ship.  In all cases, you will receive an email when your order has shipped.

 

May I change my order?

If you have not clicked the "Check Out" button during the ordering process, you can still make changes to your order (adding, removing, changing quantities) before entering the rest of your purchasing information.

If your order has already been placed with us, you will receive a confimation email from us.  If the order has not been shipped yet, you may call us at our Customer Service number ,(501) 941-8694, to make changes.  Please have ready your name, order number and the changes you would like to make.  We will email you a new confirmation with the changes we have made for your order.

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has shipped.  For Return Policies, see below.

 

How may I cancel or return all or part of my order?

At Be Young Bike Racks Plus, we strive for 100% satisfaction.  We have tried to make returns and exchanges as fast and hassle-free as possible.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging, with original receipt, for a full refund less shipping charges, within 30 days.  We are not able to accept returnsafter 30 days from original purchase date.

 

 

What is your privacy policy?

At Be Young Bike Racks Plus, we value your privacy.  We will only use your personal information to improve the performance of our website, and will never sell it to any other individual or company.  We may at times, request personal information for the purpose of informing you of upcoming promotions, newsletters, or new merchandise.  By providing us with that information, you are agreeing that we may contact you regarding information that we believe may be of interest to you.

 

How will my order be shipped?

We are only able to ship within the 48 contiguous states. Your order will be shipped by UPS Ground, and shipping is calculated automatically at Check Out.  If you have any shipping questions, please contact us by email at info@beyoungbikeracksplus.com, or call Customer Service at (501) 941-8694.

 

What about sales tax?

Only residents of Arkansas pay sales tax on their orders.
